Lorraine Damerau is an organization designer with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of strategy and organizational health. Lorraine takes an interdisciplinary, systems thinking approach to help clients diagnose and tackle their most pressing challenges – bringing in concepts from business strategy development, systems engineering, behavioral economics, and game theory. With experience in boutique strategy advisory firms and large consulting companies, Lorraine has built deep expertise in how to design organizations to achieve growth ambitions. Corey Pudhorodsky brings 20+ years of experience driving success for purpose-driven startups and tech companies across nonprofit, commercial, and public sectors. He has led customer success programs impacting over 10K customers, managed teams of 250+ professionals, consistently achieving world class customer retention rates. He specializes in operationalizing and scaling post-sales revenue teams to drive mission impact from seed to exit. Most recently, Corey led a $70M software division at Community Brands and now focuses on improving customer experience across climate tech solutions.
Tim Silman is an innovation strategist who has worked with startups, nonprofits, governments, and multinational corporations to identify, evaluate, and deploy new technologies and innovations. His startup advisory practice focuses on supporting founders in honing their pitch and messaging, developing their GTM strategy, cultivating customers and strategic partners, and engaging broader stakeholder ecosystems to support their success.

Ashish Umre is an AI, Innovation, and Product leader with 20+ years of experience across MarTech, Telecoms, Retail, CPG, Gaming and Financial Services. He specializes in data-driven products, digital transformation, and innovative business models, consistently delivering impactful results. Ashish is passionate about energy transition, carbon accounting, ocean risk, and GHG emissions using geospatial data and analytics. He has also built a global wildfire risk intelligence platform, leveraging AI and advanced analytics to assess environmental risks. As a trusted advisor to startups, academia, and government bodies, he provides insights on AI, data ethics, and innovation. With over 25 years of experience in finance, strategy, and operations, Lu has a proven track record of driving financial success across diverse industries, including energy, cleantech, biotech, and investment management. Lu spent 10 years at Ernst & Young (E&Y) in their Energy & Utilities business unit, advising leading corporations and investors on financial strategy, risk management, and capital structuring. Following E&Y, he worked for private equity investors to finance and develop clean energy projects in Southeast Asia, navigating complex regulatory and financial landscapes to drive sustainable infrastructure growth. As CFO/COO of a cleantech transportation startup, Lu led financial and operational strategies to scale the company in a rapidly evolving sector. Transitioning into investment management, he served as CFO of a quantitative/systematic hedge fund, overseeing financial operations and investor relations. Lu is a fractional CFO, supporting high-growth technology companies, including those in cleantech and biotech, providing strategic financial leadership and capital raising expertise to drive sustainable growth. Lu hold a BSME from Case Western and a joint MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School.
